Food & Wine Dinner # 2

Number two was at Ron & Cheryl's vineyards and winery.

Appetizer - Steve & Kathy, Baked Brie with fresh strawberries - served with a 2007 Fog Dog Rose of Pinot Noir.

First course - Alex & Isabel, Waldorf Salad - served with a 2007 Kim Crawford Unoaked Chardonay ($12-$15) and a 2003 Muir Hanna Napa Chardonay (oakey, $5).

Entree - Ron & Cheryl, Herb Crusted Salmon - served with a 2002 Beaux Freres Pinot Noir (OR. $55 not liked, not fruitie) and 2006 Cambria (CA, $19, lighter, paired well with the salmon) and 2007 Kings Ridge (OR. $16, good nose & taste, R & C son's winery).

Dessert - Charla, Chocolate/Ricotta Mousse - served with Qydt Irabge /bkissin Nyscat ($11m light hit of orange.
