Next we went to Alex's & Isabel's.

Appetizer - Ron & Cheryl, Lemon Rosemary Shrimp - served with THREE Saugingon Blancs -
2007 Benzinger ($13, lake sustainable farming, half liked with food)
2007 Sterling from Napa ( $15 most liked without food)
2008 St. Supery from Napa ($17, other half liked with food)

First course - Sharla, Arugala, avocado, pecan, yellow roasted beets, sherry vinegar, orange zest/juice and goat cheese salad - served with a 2006 Domaine Merlin Cherrier Sancerre from France.

Entree - Alex & Isabel, Pork Wellington w/apricot sauce, Fresh Peas and Bulgar - served with THREE wines -
2007 Finca LaLande Malbec from Argentina
2003 Chateau la Coustarelle Cahors from France (most liked)
2006 Singleleaf Malbe, Fair Play Vines View Vineyard

Dessert - Mike & Mary, Amaretto Cheesecake - served with D'Asti Moscato from Italy (liked, Costco)

After dinner - Alex & Isabel pulled out some -
20 year old Sanderman Tawney Port and
Germain Rotain XO Brandy and
Laphrorg Single Malt Scotch and
Macallen 20 year old Scotch and
Glen Morange Qunta Riben Scotch

Number two was at Ron & Cheryl's vineyards and winery.

Appetizer - Steve & Kathy, Baked Brie with fresh strawberries - served with a 2007 Fog Dog Rose of Pinot Noir.

First course - Alex & Isabel, Waldorf Salad - served with a 2007 Kim Crawford Unoaked Chardonay ($12-$15) and a 2003 Muir Hanna Napa Chardonay (oakey, $5).

Entree - Ron & Cheryl, Herb Crusted Salmon - served with a 2002 Beaux Freres Pinot Noir (OR. $55 not liked, not fruitie) and 2006 Cambria (CA, $19, lighter, paired well with the salmon) and 2007 Kings Ridge (OR. $16, good nose & taste, R & C son's winery).

Dessert - Charla, Chocolate/Ricotta Mousse - served with Qydt Irabge /bkissin Nyscat ($11m light hit of orange.

The start of this adventure was at M & M's.
Following is the course, who was responsible, menu item and wine selection.

Appitizer - Sharla, Salmon Croquettes with Yogurt Caper Sauce - served with a 2006 Holly's Hill Grenach from El Dorado.

First course - Kathy/Steve, Cream of Broccli soup with goat cheese toast - served with a 2008 KM Crawford from New Zealand.

Entree - Mike & Mary, Pork with Pesto, Feta, Pine Nuts and Pesto Pine Nut Jalapeno, Butternut squash with red peppers, Parmesan, Parsley and rosemary - served with 2002 Muir Hanna Cab from Napa.

Dessert - Ron & Cheryl, Creme Brulee with strawberries - served with 2004 De La Montanya Viognier (golden in color) and a 2003 Arrowood White Riesling.
